About the position:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team.
  • As an SDR at SoftPoint, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, conducting sales presentations and demos, preparing price proposals.
  • Your primary focus will be to introduce the Flowis application to businesses and showcase how it can solve their workflow challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential customers. Utilize various channels, including online research, social media, and cold outreach, to generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads.
  • Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through email, phone calls, and social media to introduce the Flowis application and its benefits. Tailor communication to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their workflow challenges, budget constraints, and decision-making processes. Ensure that only qualified prospects are passed on to the sales team.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the Flowis application to potential clients.
  • Price Proposals: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare customized price proposals and quotes based on the needs and requirements of each prospect.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features, updates, and benefits of the Flowis application to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential customers.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics to the sales manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless transition of leads from marketing to sales.
